Courage to Change Things
Greetings!
Last month, I wrote about accepting the things you cannot change.
In this newsletter, I would like to discuss what we can change.
The number one question is what can you change? You can change YOU.
By changing your:
Attitude
Reactions
Actions
Attitude
In the early 90s, a former spiritual advisor of mine mentioned how humans are like sponges. Put us around negativity, we’ll absorb it, and become negative. If we are around positivity, our sponges will absorb it, and we become positive.
We humans also absorb things from the internet, TV, books, news, and much more.
Have the courage to change what you absorb!
Reactions
A gigantic lesson that is repeated over and over is how we react to life’s events.
Let’s take the example of someone’s comment about how you will look better if you lose or gain weight, cut or dye your hair, put on makeup, wear different clothing, and the remarks are endless…
Now comes the choice of our reaction.
Smacking them in the head would feel good in the moment, but could mean jail time.
Criticizing them could lead to more verbal abuse.
Responding with an opinion varies or walking away helps cool down the anger and brings peace of mind.
Have the courage to change your reactions!
Actions
We can change our lives through action. Baby steps will turn into bigger steps that lead to accomplishment. The first baby steps are often the hardest to take. Take them anyhow.
You can:
Correct your behavior.
Improve your relationships.
Start a new goal.
Achieve the impossible.
Have the courage to change by taking action!
Work in Progress
The courage to change - whether that is our attitude, responses, actions, or something else takes time. Sometimes the change is wrong, or it could be spot on, or right for a while, then needs to change again. Yes, change takes courage and is a work in progress.
Here are two of my works in progress.
First One
My 3 questions psychic email readings will be on sale from 11-10-25 to 11-17-25 for $80.00 (save $20.00). And you can split them up, which I don’t normally allow. You can give a question to three different people as holiday gifts. Or keep two questions for yourself and give the other as a gift. It’s up to you.
Digital gift certificates are available and have to be used by 2-28-26.
Please respond to this email to learn more or purchase the 3 questions psychic email reading.
Second One
One change I made in 2025 was spending less time on social media. I am using this time to write, whether that’s articles, columns, newsletters, blogs, or books. I’ve also joined BookFunnel’s individual and group author swaps. This way you can check out other authors’ books who are in similar genres as me.
The latest one is SIZZLING SELF-HELP UNDER $5, which makes great e-stocking stuffers or a good read for yourself.
Blessings,
Pamela Cummins

Very empowering! This morning. My spirit team reminded me that there are still many steps I need to take to get to my goal of becoming a more influential artist. "Just keep going," they said! So I am changing the way that I would normally be anxiously looking to see if I making progress and focusing on just taking action instead. Thank you for the reminder!
